This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights and choices you have. It is written to be read and understood by an ordinary homeowner, not only by attorneys.
This policy applies to all of the following.

Our Facebook page, Instagram account, and any lead generation form we run on those platforms

By using our website, submitting a form, calling us, texting us, or accepting our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we reasonably need to quote, schedule, and perform roofing work, to comply with the law, and to operate our business. We group that information into the categories below.

Phone number, including whether it is a mobile number
Email address
Mailing address, service address, and property address, including zip code
Details about the property, such as roof age, roof type, roof pitch, number of stories, square footage, prior repairs, and known leaks

Cookie identifiers, pixel identifiers, and similar device identifiers used for analytics and advertising measurement
Date and time of your visit and error or diagnostic logs
2.3 Information we receive from advertising and lead platforms
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta transmits to us the fields you completed on that form, which typically include name, phone number, email address, zip code, and your answers to any qualifying questions we asked. We receive only what you chose to submit on that form. We do not receive your account password, your friends list, your private messages, your browsing activity outside our ads, or any information you did not enter.
If you contact us through Google, a directory listing, a review platform, or a home services marketplace, we receive the contact and project details that platform passes to us.
2.4 Information we receive from other sources
Referrals from existing customers, neighbors, real estate agents, property managers, or insurance professionals who provide your name and contact information
Publicly available property records, county appraisal district data, and parcel data used to confirm ownership, lot size, and roof measurements

Storm and hail verification data tied to a property address
Credit or financing decision results communicated to us by a lending partner, limited to approved, declined, or approved amount
2.5 Information we do not want and ask you not to send
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, driver license images, full bank account numbers, full payment card numbers, medical information, or account passwords through a web form, text message, email, or social media message. These channels are not secure for that purpose. If you send this information anyway, we will delete it as soon as we reasonably can, and we are not responsible for its exposure in transit. If a document genuinely requires sensitive data, we will tell you how to deliver it securely.
2.6 Children
Our services and advertising are directed to property owners who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Our lead generation forms are not targeted to minors. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information to us, contact us using Section 15 and we will delete it promptly.
3. Why We Collect and Use Your Information
We use your information for the specific purposes below and for no unrelated purpose without asking you first.
3.1 To provide the service you requested
Contacting you about the roofing inquiry you submitted
Scheduling, confirming, and performing a free roof inspection or estimate
Measuring your roof, preparing a scope of work, and producing a written quote
Ordering materials, scheduling crews, obtaining permits, and coordinating deliveries and dumpsters
Performing the work, managing change orders, and completing final walkthrough and cleanup
Registering manufacturer warranties in your name and supporting warranty claims later
3.2 To assist with insurance claims when you ask us to
We document damage, prepare photo reports, meet your adjuster at the property, and provide scope and pricing information. We only communicate with your insurance carrier or adjuster when you authorize us to do so. We do not adjust claims, we do not negotiate settlements on your behalf as a public adjuster, and we do not provide legal advice about your policy.
3.3 To communicate with you
Appointment reminders, arrival windows, crew notifications, and weather delays
Project updates, invoices, receipts, and warranty documents
Answers to your questions and customer support after the job is complete
Follow up about an inquiry you started but did not complete
3.4 To operate and improve our business
Bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll allocation, and tax filing
Quality control, crew performance review, and safety review
Training, dispute resolution, and internal record keeping
Understanding which pages, ads, and service areas generate real inquiries so we do not waste advertising money
Improving our website content, load speed, forms, and service offerings
3.5 To market our services lawfully
Sending occasional emails or texts about seasonal maintenance, storm preparation, or promotions, only where you have given the consent that applies
Measuring the performance of our Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising
Building audiences of prior customers or website visitors on advertising platforms so we can show relevant ads, subject to Section 7
3.6 To comply with law and protect our rights
Meeting contractor licensing, tax, lien, permitting, and building code obligations
Responding to a subpoena, court order, government request, or lawful investigation
Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, including contract disputes and warranty disputes
Preventing fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, property damage, and threats to the safety of our crews or customers
4. Phone Calls, Text Messages, and Email Consent
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
4.1 What you are agreeing to
When you provide your phone number on one of our forms, on a Meta lead ad, on our website, over the phone, or in person, you expressly agree that Premier Roofing Experts LLC and people acting on our behalf may contact you at that number by phone call, by text message, and by email regarding your roofing inquiry, your estimate, your project, and your warranty. This includes calls or texts placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice where we use one.
4.2 Consent is never required to buy anything
Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. You can always reach us by calling (832) 986-0750 instead.
4.3 Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your project stage and typically ranges from a few messages during an active project to occasional messages otherwise. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge you for our messages.
4.4 How to stop messages
Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We will send one final confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for assistance.
Phone calls. Tell any team member during a call, or contact us using Section 15, and we will add your number to our internal Do Not Call list.
Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us using Section 15.
4.5 Transactional messages after you opt out
If you opt out of marketing but still have an active project, warranty, or unpaid invoice with us, we may still contact you about that specific matter, because those communications are necessary to perform the contract you entered into with us.
4.6 Our internal Do Not Call list
We maintain a written internal Do Not Call list. Any number you ask us to remove is added to that list, is honored for at least five years, and is applied across our whole company, including sales staff, crews, and any calling or texting vendor we use. We also maintain written policies and train our staff on them. We check the national Do Not Call registry where required. If you asked to be removed and we contacted you anyway, please tell us at once so we can correct it.
4.7 Call recording and monitoring
We may record or monitor phone calls for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and accuracy of estimate details. Where we record, we will tell you at the start of the call, and continuing the call indicates your consent. Recordings are stored securely, access is limited, and they are deleted under Section 9.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only where it is necessary. The categories below are exhaustive.
5.1 Our own personnel and crews
Owners, office staff, estimators, project managers, and installation crews receive the information needed to inspect, quote, schedule, and complete your work. Access is limited to what each role actually needs.
5.2 Subcontractors and labor crews
We may use subcontracted labor crews. They receive your name, service address, contact number, scope of work, and access instructions. They are contractually required to use that information only to perform your job and to protect it.
5.3 Service providers that run our business
Customer relationship management and estimating software
Scheduling, dispatch, and project management software
Phone, text messaging, and voicemail providers
Email delivery and marketing platforms
Website hosting, forms, analytics, and security providers
Payment processors and financing platforms
Accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation providers
Cloud file storage and backup providers
Document signature providers
Every provider is bound by contract to protect your information, to use it only to perform services for us, and not to sell it or use it for their own marketing.
5.4 Suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers
Material suppliers receive delivery address and contact information. Manufacturers receive the information required to register your warranty in your name, which typically includes name, property address, installation date, and product details.
5.5 Insurance carriers, adjusters, and engineers
Only when you authorize us to assist with a claim, and only the information relevant to that claim.
5.6 Financing partners
If you request financing, we direct you to the lender's own secure application. We do not collect your Social Security number, income documentation, or bank account details ourselves. The lender's privacy policy governs what you submit to them. We receive only the decision outcome and approved amount.
5.7 Advertising and analytics partners
We share limited data, often in hashed or aggregated form, with platforms such as Meta and Google to measure ad performance and to build or exclude audiences. See Section 7 for your controls.
5.8 Legal, safety, and business transfer
When required by law, subpoena, warrant, court order, or government request
To enforce our contracts, collect an unpaid balance, or defend a claim
To protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, our crews, or the public
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the recipient must honor this policy for information transferred, and we will post notice of the change on this page
6. We Do Not Sell or Rent Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, lease, or license your personal information to anyone.
Specifically, and without limitation, we confirm the following.
We do not sell or share lead information with other roofing companies or contractors
We do not sell information to lead resellers, lead aggregators, or lead brokers
We do not share your information with unrelated marketers, list brokers, or data brokers
Information collected through a Meta lead generation form is used only by Premier Roofing Experts LLC to respond to your request. We do not commingle it with data from any other advertiser and we do not transfer it except as described in Section 5
We do not use lead information for any purpose other than the roofing service associated with the call to action you responded to, unless we obtain your additional consent
If our practices ever change, we will update this policy, post the change on this page, and where the law requires it, obtain your consent before the change applies to information already collected.
7. Cookies, Pixels, Tracking, and Advertising Choices
7.1 What we use
Our website uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. These include strictly necessary cookies that make the site function, analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used, and advertising cookies and pixels such as the Meta pixel and Google tags that measure whether our ads produce inquiries.
7.2 Your controls
Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of our site from working.
Meta. Adjust ad preferences inside your Facebook and Instagram account settings, and use Meta's off platform activity controls.
Google. Use Google Ad Settings and the Google Analytics browser opt out add on.
Industry tools. Use the opt out pages operated by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
Device settings. Use the limit ad tracking or opt out of personalized advertising setting on your phone.
7.3 Do Not Track
Web browsers may send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, so our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor recognized universal opt out signals such as Global Privacy Control where state law requires it.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business and the sensitivity of the data we hold. These include the following.
Password protected accounts with individual logins rather than shared credentials
Multi factor authentication on our primary business systems where it is available
Role based access so employees and crews see only what their job requires
Encryption in transit on our website and, where our vendors provide it, encryption at rest
Reputable, established software vendors rather than unvetted tools
Written contracts with vendors requiring confidentiality and security
Prompt removal of access when an employee or subcontractor relationship ends
Regular review of who has access to customer records
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use with us confidential.
8.1 If a breach occurs
If we discover a security incident affecting your sensitive personal information, we will notify affected individuals and any required authorities as quickly as possible and as required by Texas law and any other law that applies to you. Our notice will describe what happened, what information was involved, and what steps you can take.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires.
Inquiries that never became customers. Up to 24 months from last contact, so we can respond if you reach out again, then deleted or de identified
Customer project records, contracts, and invoices. As long as needed for warranty, tax, licensing, lien, and legal purposes, generally at least the length of any workmanship or manufacturer warranty plus the applicable statute of limitations
Photos and inspection documentation. For the life of the warranty and any related claim period
Call recordings. Generally 12 months unless tied to an active dispute
Marketing lists. Until you opt out, after which we retain only the minimum record needed to honor your opt out
Do Not Call and opt out records. At least five years, because we are required to keep them
Website analytics data. Generally 14 months or less at the platform level
You may ask us to delete your information earlier under Section 10. We will honor that request unless we are legally required to keep specific records.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. We extend the core of these rights to all of our customers regardless of state, as a matter of practice.
Right to know and access. Ask what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we have it, and who we shared it with
Right to correct. Ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or out of date
Right to delete. Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations
Right to portability. Ask for a copy of information you provided to us in a usable format
Right to opt out. Opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails, and of targeted advertising
Right to withdraw consent. Withdraw a consent you gave us at any time, effective going forward
Right to non discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right
10.1 Texas residents
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data as that term is defined under Texas law.
10.2 California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state residents
If you reside in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, we honor the rights that law grants you, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising in a manner that requires a separate opt out, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
10.3 How to submit a request
Contact us using Section 15 and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity before acting, typically by confirming information we already have on file, such as the phone number, email address, or property address associated with your record. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.
We will respond within 45 days where a state law sets that deadline, and we may extend once by 45 additional days where the law permits, with notice to you. There is no charge for a reasonable request. If we deny a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal, and where state law provides an appeal process, we will honor it.
11. Photographs, Video, and Drone Use
We photograph and video roofs and properties for inspection documentation, insurance claim support, quality control, warranty records, and crew safety review. We may operate a drone over the property for roof measurement and inspection, in compliance with applicable aviation and Texas privacy laws.
We may use before and after project photos in our marketing, on our website, and on social media. When we do, we do not include your name, your street address, or any identifying detail without your permission. If you do not want photos of your property used in marketing at all, tell us and we will honor that, including removing images already published where we reasonably can.
12. Reviews, Social Media, and Public Content
If you post a review, comment, or public message on our Facebook page, Instagram account, Google Business Profile, or any review platform, that content is public and is governed by that platform's rules, not by this policy. We may respond publicly, and we may quote or share a public review in our marketing. We will not disclose your private project details, address, or claim information in a public reply.
13. Third Party Websites and Links
Our website, ads, emails, and documents may link to sites we do not control, including manufacturers, financing partners, review platforms, insurance carriers, and government resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Read their policies before providing information to them.
14. Additional Legal Terms
Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue. Any dispute arising out of this policy will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to that venue.
Severability. If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Entire policy. This policy is our complete statement about privacy and replaces any earlier version. It does not replace your signed contract, which governs the terms of the work itself.
Location. We operate in and serve the United States. Our systems are located in the United States, and information you provide is processed here.
Language. This policy is provided in English. If we provide a translation and there is a conflict, the English version controls.
